This package is valid until November 2, 2008.
5. The last date to use each ticket or certificate is specified on each document, after which it will no longer be valid.
6. A reservation must first be made with Tourisme Sherbroooke. The complete details will be outlined on the gift certificate. A representative of Tourisme Sherbrooke will coordinate the lodging reservations and the attractions set out on the gift certificate.
7. Upon arriving at the establishment, the winner must present to the staff at the reception desk the original copy of the gift certificate. Should the winner fail to produce the original, the innkeeper shall render the reservation, and by extension, the getaway, null and void. Under no circumstances shall the innkeeper accept a copy or any other reproduction.
General rules
8. Any ballot that is damaged, obtained from a non-authorized source, fraudulent, copied by hand or mechanically reproduced shall automatically be rejected.
9. The prize must be accepted as awarded, and may not be substituted (except in the case described in Article 11), redeemed for cash or transferred. All other fees or expenses other than those included in the prize, as specified above, shall be incurred by the winner. The winner has 48 hours to claim the prize.
10. All charges exceeding the prize value shall be the responsibility of the gift certificate holder. Cancellation of the reservation, regardless of the reason, results in the automatic cancellation of the gift certificate. The reservation is subject to room availability. The number of rooms allocated to gift certificates is limited. Lack of room availability is, therefore, possible, regardless of whether or not the inn posts a No Vacancy sign. No extensions shall be granted. This also applies to the attractions.
11. If, for one reason or another, at the time of the reservation request by the winner, the selected establishment is no longer in operation, Tourism Eastern Townships will replace the gift certificate by one from another participating establishment of equal value.
12. The winner authorizes the contest organizers to use, if required, his (or her) name, photograph, image and/or voice for publicity purposes without any expectation of remuneration in return.
13. The contest is open to all persons 18 years of age and over, with the exception of employees and representatives of Tourisme Sherbrooke, its partners, their staff, agents and representatives, advertising and promotional firms, suppliers of materials and services related to this contest as well as any individuals with whom they reside.
14. Tourisme Sherbrooke and its partners are not responsible for entry forms that are lost or received after the deadline, regardless of the reason. The entry forms become the property of Tourisme Sherbrooke and may be used for promotional purposes by Tourisme Sherbrooke or a third party. 15. The winners exempt Tourisme Sherbrooke, its employees, members and their agents from any liability in the event of injury, an accident, lost or stolen objects, or any other incident related to the prize.
16. Tourisme Sherbrooke reserves the exclusive and absolute right to substitute one prize for another of equal value and nature in the event of non-availability beyond its control.
17. This contest complies with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Any dispute regarding the conduct of this contest and awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec for a ruling.

19. Tourisme Sherbrooke reserves the right to eliminate all ballots sent repeatedly as well as those with doubtful ownership.
