Take the exit towards Champlain Brigde and keep in the center lane since the right lane must often exit.
After Champlain Bridge, follow directions for Highway 10 East, towards Sherbrooke.
There are restaurants nearby the highway (exits 29, 55 and 78).
Leave Highway 10 at exit 140, then follow the Tourist Information sign (?).

By bus
Take the airport shuttle bus to get you downtown Montreal, to the main intercity bus station ("terminus", at the corner of Berri St. and Sainte-Catherine St.).
There are express buses leaving for Sherbrooke at every hour or two hours, depending on the exact moment of the day. The cost of a round trip is about 46$. Once in Sherbrooke, some buses coming from Montreal make a stop directly at the hotel. Ask the driver or representatives of the bus transportation company for details.
