Coming from King Street West or from Portland Blvd. enter the park via either the Vimy Street or Ontario Street entrances.
The architecture (1920-1923)

respectable eclecticism and convey a sense of nobility with their stonework exterior. But the design is clearly of British influence, reminiscent of the monumental style, popular in the early 20th century.
Carl-Camirand Municipal greenhouses
The outdoor gardens are open to the public from May
to October. The greenhouses can be visited year-round, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm. Of special interest is the extremely rare flowering plant, “La belle de nuit, epiphylhem oxypetalum”, added to the greenhouse collection in the 1950s, in the days of Senator Charles.
Unusual tree-trunk sculpture garden
Sherbrooke is proud to have a one-of-a-kind ephemeral garden containing monumental tree-trunk sculptures. The artists created 3 giant works of art, tree trunks that were left rooted in the ground but topped off after a wind storm.
